balance and fulfillment. Wellness is about being in choice and in peace.
Wellness coaching brings the perspective that our whole life affects our well-being
and stress in one area creates stress in others, and often illness. Conversely,
managing stress that presents itself in one area often has a positive impact on
our overall well-being and health.
Wellness coaching is not intended to replace medical advice, nor is it about
diagnosing or treating medical conditions. Wellness coaching offers the
opportunity to combine traditional coaching techniques with wellness techniques
to experience the body more fully. Some of these techniques include breathing,
guided imagery, and mindfulness awareness techniques.
